Monthly lunch turning professionals into referral partners.
Business owners ask their CPA for an attorney, their attorney for a banker, their banker for an insurance broker. We seat those professionals at one table in your city, mixing lanes as widely as we can, so when that question comes up, the name they say is yours. We book the restaurant and text you where to sit. You build the relationships.
Referrals come from people who know you. Not from a stack of business cards.
The professionals who serve your clients from other angles are the ones who send you work, and the ones you send it back to. Most of us meet them once and never see them again. B2B Lunch Club puts them across the table from you every month, then hands you the follow-up.
Referrals in both directions
The attorney forming a new entity needs a CPA. The CPA who sees a sale coming needs an M&A advisor. The banker closing a loan needs an insurance broker. When those people know you and your work, the introduction is a text, and it flows both ways.
A bench for your own clients
Business owners ask their trusted advisors for everyone else they need. Being the one who can say "I know exactly who you should call" makes you more valuable to the clients you already have, and a lot harder to replace.
Relationships that compound
A mixer resets every time. Here the same professionals see each other every month and meet for coffee in between, so trust builds instead of starting over. Twelve lunches and twelve coffees a year, and the only thing you organize is the coffee.
How a month works
Four steps, all by text. Your time goes into the people at the table, not the logistics of getting there.
- Once, when you join
Tell us your lane and your city
One short form: your firm, what you do for business owners, and where you lunch. You pay $49 a month through Stripe and get the link to your city's WhatsApp group.
- The Friday before
Reply YES or NO
A week out, we text you the date. Reply YES and we book your seat. Tuesday at 5:00 PM the list locks and we split confirmations into tables of six across two or three restaurants.
- Thursday, then Friday morning
Get your restaurant, then your table
Thursday you learn where. Friday at 8:00 AM you get the address, the reservation name, and your table number. Separate checks, no host, no agenda. The hour belongs to the five people across from you.
- After lunch
Get your trio
At the end of every lunch we text you your trio: you and two other members, with their contact info, to grab coffee or lunch before next month for a deeper conversation. The first name listed sets it up. Lunch is the introduction. This is where the referrals actually come from.
Who's at the table
The product is the mix. Everyone at your table serves business owners, and we seat each table for as much variety in lanes as that month's confirmations allow. The aim is that every seat is someone who could send you a client and someone you could send one to, so the conversation is about their clients, your clients, and where they overlap.
We deal confirmations across every table one lane at a time to spread lanes as widely as possible. We can't promise a table never doubles up, especially while a city is new, but every seating aims for the most diverse mix we can get.

Trios
Lunch is where you meet people. The trio is where the business happens. At the end of every lunch we send out a trio list: you and two other members, to grab coffee or lunch before next month for a deeper conversation. One of you is named lead and sets it up. That sit-down is where you learn what a good referral looks like for each other, and it's the reason groups like this produce business instead of business cards. Two dozen of those conversations a year, and we hand you the list every month.
Thanks for coming today. Here's your trio for coffee or lunch before next month's lunch on November 13. The first person listed is responsible for reaching out and setting a time.

Where we lunch
We're starting in Sacramento and opening one city at a time. A city opens when enough members across enough lanes have joined to seat a full table.
Don't see your city? Join anyway and pick the closest one. When enough professionals in your area sign up, you'll be at its first lunch.
Built for people who serve business owners
CPAs, business attorneys, commercial bankers, SBA lenders, insurance brokers, payroll and HR firms, marketing agencies, IT providers, commercial real estate, M&A advisors, fractional CFOs. If your clients are companies, this is your table, and everyone at it is a potential referral source.
- Seven or more
- You're in. Pay and we'll text you before the next lunch.
- Four to six
- We'll take a look. Your card isn't charged until we approve.
- Fewer than four
- This isn't the right table for you yet, and we'll say so politely.
House rules
- Members only. No guests.Every seat at the table is someone who pays to be there.

Questions people ask
Will this actually bring me business?
It does for the members who show up and take the coffee. The format is the one that works in the best referral groups: the same professionals seeing each other every month, tables seated for a mix of lanes, and a structured follow-up so every relationship gets a second meeting. We can't promise a referral by a certain date. We can promise you'll sit down with about two dozen new centers of influence a year in your own city, and that is where referrals come from.
How is this different from a chamber mixer or a formal referral group?
A mixer is a room full of people selling to each other, and it resets every time. Formal referral groups work, but they take a weekly meeting, a chair, committee roles and category politics. This is one lunch a month at a good restaurant with people who serve the same business owners you do, with the seating and the follow-up handled for you, for $49.
What does $49 a month get me?
A seat at your city's lunch every month, a table seated for the widest mix of lanes we can manage, a follow-up coffee trio after each lunch, and your city's WhatsApp group for introductions and quick asks in between. One referred client covers years of membership. You pay for your own meal at the restaurant.
How are tables put together?
When the list locks on Tuesday, we group everyone who said YES by lane and deal them across the tables one lane at a time, so each table gets the most varied mix of lanes that month's confirmations allow. We can't promise a lane never doubles up, especially while a city is small, but that is always the goal. Over time we also avoid seating you with the same people.
What if I can't make it one month?
Reply NO and we'll see you next month. Nothing else changes. If you say YES and then can't come, let us know before Tuesday at 5:00 PM, when tables are booked from confirmations.
Who can join?
Professionals whose clients are businesses. We ask one question at sign-up: of your last ten new clients, how many were businesses? Seven or more and you're in. Four to six, we review before your card is charged. Fewer than four, we'll decline.
Can I bring a colleague or a guest?
No. Every seat is a member. If a colleague wants to come, they join in their own lane, and we'll try to seat you at different tables.
What is the follow-up trio?
At the end of every lunch, you get a text with your trio: two other members plus their phone and email, to grab coffee or lunch before next month for a deeper conversation. The first person listed is the lead and sets it up. It's the mechanic that turns a lunch into a referral relationship.
Where do we eat?
Two or three restaurants per city that can seat tables of six at noon on a Friday and do separate checks. You'll know Thursday morning. Restaurants that score below 7 out of 10 across three lunches drop out of the rotation.
How do I update my card or cancel?
Go to Manage membership, enter your phone or email, and we'll text you a secure link. It opens your billing page on Stripe, where you can update your card or cancel at the end of your billing period. No password, no phone call.
Ready to meet the people who'll refer you?
One lunch a month, one coffee in between, and a growing bench of professionals who know exactly who to call when a client needs what you do.
